Since 1988, the primary objective of Lubri-Lab Inc., has been to improve the technology of current lubrication and to discover new technology that targets the needs of industry. We provide solutions to many complex maintenance problems and are able to formulate customized lubricants for specific industrial needs.

• Alimex-1 - is a certified H-1 grease for incidental contact with food. It is designed for use in all food processing areas including mixing, baking, cooking, frying, stirring, packaging, cleansing, bottling and canning. Food approved standard H-1: NSF No.: 128001 CFIA No.: / L125

• Top 5 - is an IMPACT grease with very tacky properties. It has excellent adhesion to metal, even under extreme water wash out conditions and high temperature. Top 5 Highway applications, Heavy industry, and Mining, Quarries, Construction, Ski and Golf equipment.
  
  
• PenLub -The unique formula of PenLub is a combination of essential ingredients necessary in order to cleanse, lubricate, penetrate, and protect metal. PenLub penetrates metal pores, dissolves rust, and cleans away grease and dirt. Dissipates the humidity. Because of its unique dielectric properties, up to 29.8 kV (29,800 volts), it provides a wide range of applications. Motors and generators, Locks, Fans, Circuit breakers, integrated and switches, Mine and Marine, equipment, Elevators, Assembly line, Penetrating fluid, Anti-friction applications, Pneumatic tools & systems, Sprinklers etc.
  
  
• CL- Chain & Cable Lube -The polar nature of Chain & Cable Lube's microcrystalline wax-based solution allows the product to "creep." This action causes the lubricant to penetrate into the internal mechanisms of drive chains, sprocket teeth and seats. CCL also protects against premature wear between steel cable strands, Drive chains, Drag chains, Open gears, Steel cables, Etc.
  
  
• Block Aid - Parts are exposed to di cult environmental conditions. Airborne contaminants circulating in the air come to rest on chains and cables, as well as the shafts of hydraulic cylinders. Block Aid fights the problems caused by such harsh environmental conditions. Mostly used on Worm screws, Hydraulic cylinder shafts, Steel cables, Drive chains etc.
  
  
• Proxilab - is a coating that can be applied directly over rust to provide a protective coating. This new surface binds with the original metal, therefore preventing the risk of the paint crumbling away which occurs when paint adheres only to rust. Ensures the passivation of stainless steel which restore the anti-rust protective layer of chromium oxide on the surface of the metal. Prevents rust from all metallic surfaces. Protective coating for liquid storage tanks and inside pipes. (Not recommended with zinc).
  
  
• Process D - dissolves and eliminates varnish, gum, soot and sludge inside the engine. Lubri-Lab's PROCESS D cleans the deposits formed on the internal engine parts. It frees the valves which resume their original adjustment. The engine runs more smoothly and with less wear. Recommended for cars, small trucks and heavy diesel trucks engines.
  
  
• Rust Defense - Long Life Anti-Rust protects even under water - Rust Defense is a long life, anti-rust coating that provides superior protection for metals, vehicles and equipment. Apply on all metals which may present a rust problem, Ideal for vehicles, marine equipment, lifts, excellent protection for all equipment or parts that need protection against rust.
  
  
• Ultra-Gear innovative formula comprised of a mix of organic components and extreme pressure agents used to extend life, reduce friction, and noise in power transmission systems. Manual transmissions, Differentials, Power steering, Gear boxes.
  
  
• Resin off TM – is a powerful cleaner which dissolves wood resin over steel and carbide blades. In the forest industry, when in contact with blades and other parts, resin poses a problem. It becomes very di cult to remove, causing high replacement costs.
  

BIODEGRADBLE PRODUCTS

• Biotope-Gear is complete synthetic oil. This new formulation gets higher indices of viscosities, a very weak rate of cavitations and very few effects of traction on the gears. Moreover, under similar conditions the life span of Biotope-Gear lasts 3-5 times longer than mineral oil. Highly loaded gearboxes, enclosed gears under severe temperature ranges and load.
  
  
• Biotope-Hydrau- is a 100% synthetic without adding mineral oil. Biotope-Hydrau offers an excellent protection against wear. This essential element maintains the pump efficiency. Biotope-Hydrau is compatible with the seals, resists corrosion and easily separates itself from the water and the debris in the separator/filter before returning again in the system. Biotope-Hydrau has better resistance than conventional oil under extreme temperature, oxidation and stays cleaner through all the operations. Recommended for systems using screw type, reciprocating and turbine pumps with high or low pressure.
  
  
• Biotope-Air - is fully synthetic compressor fluid specially designed for high performance applications on rotary, screw and piston compressors. The high temperatures of operation 121ºC to 260ºC require drain intervals of mineral oil in the region of 500 to 1000 hours. Use of Biotope-Air increases drain intervals up to 8000 hours. Provide superior thermal and oxidative stability. Improve water tolerance and protection against corrosion. Biotope-Air is also compatible with elastomers and coatings found in older compressors that were designed for use with mineral oil. Biotope-Air is recommended for use in both rotary and reciprocating compressors. ISO VG 32, 46 and 68 are the recommended viscosity grades for rotary compressors, with ISO VG 100 and 150 recommended for reciprocating compressors.
